@mellowdo you know this for a fact? I tried checking for myself out of curiosity, and the profile was just focused on NSFW stuff 🙃 so I’d be glad to get some clarity and closure
Im actually a nude model on the side and wish people would stop thinking its ‘immoral’ or ‘sex work’. I pose for artists, they draw me, i leave. The end.
Edit: like i said it isnt sex work lmfao. Sex work involves SEX, i am literally standing in one place for an hour. Maybe if y’all weren’t so judgy you would understand the difference
@Melissa M just because someone doesn’t agree with your way of living doesn’t mean they lack common sense. There are plenty of reasons to disagree with what you’re doing and plenty of reasons to agree with what you’re doing. But yeah, a few people replying here are acting pretty senseless. Anyway good luck, try not to let those people get to you
According to societal norms, it is a weird thing to do. Getting into whether it is “right” or “wrong” is a whole different debate. It’s like if you were to walk around in public naked – people would get upset because it is not a normalized behavior, while on the other hand, always wearing clothes while in public is. Not sure why this is so hard to understand and why you think more people would be in favor of your viewpoint.
The artist: Nice, looking beautiful
Model: *seductively* Then why not come closer for a better look
The artist: Good idea
*goes closer and starts adding extreme detail to his art*
@ToastMaster914 yeah sounda about right. But claiming it’s not that good when it’s the most famous painting in the world implies that you’re simply unable to understand what makes it so extraordinary.
It’s supply and demand. There are lots of down bad men that want sex but can’t have it and thus gives rise to sex work. It doesn’t happen the other way around as much.
It’s really not that interesting, it is what has been common for decades if not centuries. It has been the norm hence, the similar perspective, doesn’t make it wrong nor does it make it right, it’s a basic assumption, which by probability is most likely true.
I’ve always had a deep respect for artists who like to hone in on their craft. With all this “AI art” bullshit today, I love seeing real, authentic art.
@Userbecause many a times, AI generated art is a copy of art that already exists, it’s labelled as a new piece when in reality it is recycled art from different artists on social media
@AR
Human artists learn and take refereces from other artists. Artificial intelligences create new art based on what they’ve learnt, just like humans. So no, that’s not an argument.
@User that’s true but despite the basic idea on how art is created, learning and taking references or inspiration is not objectional but there are certain applications that copy art, not simply reference and often there’s no credit given.
Also, the new mediums of art like digital, are looked down upon because they don’t have the ‘traditional’ touch to them.
This actually weirds me out so much as an artist 💀 nudity for us is definitely not like what it is for other people. When a nude model walks into class the last thought i have is their sex appeal. Im too busy trying to make their proportions look accurate or capture the weight of their limbs. This so so weird idk
Same, I’m weirded out by the op and all these judgemental comments about immorality that I’m seeing💀. Like , I want the drawing to look good, I’m too frustrated to think about anything else.
They’re ppl who are too sexual, artist mostly aesthetically attracted than sexually… I used to be bestie with my muse, and you can even call me her servant ,to the point everybody think Im lesbi …. and ofc any clarification on the rumour only seems like repudiation on the fact :v
Artists are SO dedicated to learning proper anatomy, seeing naked humans aren’t really weird for them. Sometimes I forget people aren’t as desensitized to it as artists are
Plot twist: They were both men.
@minors290 Have you ever heard if gay people?
That would have been funny.
That’s actually how I imagined it somehow
Ayooo
Damn now where can I sign up, money is money and won’t complain
I signed up by going to art schools or community colleges and giving the professors my email if they ever needed
What a W dude 🗿 bro ain’t care about sex he’s focused on becoming the next Michelangelo
@Lost Evil well you’re dad left

so many people see nudity as inherently sexual when it isnt 😭
@Holli444 if they were posing for an artist, i wouldn’t mind 🙂

I think you just found yusuke from persona 5
Im replaying it right now and i was just thinking the same!
Strip for him, Ann.
EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT
I don’t like how this person keeps calling this “sex work” 💀
She didn’t call what she did sex work, she just thought it was going to end up being sex work. And it wasn’t.
Steal from a grocery store, return everything for store credit and then sell the giftcard online. I hate my former self.
sounds productive

@runter gerutscht I didn’t claim to know, it’s good but I don’t know what makes it special. It’s just a good painting
@runter gerutscht I’m pretty sure it’s the Dunning Kruger effect. I learned about it from Ted Ed
@ToastMaster914 yeah sounda about right. But claiming it’s not that good when it’s the most famous painting in the world implies that you’re simply unable to understand what makes it so extraordinary.
@runter gerutscht Exactly I don’tunderstand. It’s really good but why it it famous
@ToastMaster914 sorry I’m not smart enough to tell
Bro has all the rizz
That dude has maximum rizz

Because of the voice I assumed it was the other way

@CL3MENTi it’s because these people are too basic to understand nuance in certain situations
They’re ppl who are too sexual, artist mostly aesthetically attracted than sexually… I used to be bestie with my muse, and you can even call me her servant ,to the point everybody think Im lesbi …. and ofc any clarification on the rumour only seems like repudiation on the fact :v
