@NotZachI think he did paint it silver and then added a clear coat on top because it’s shinier and smoother in the final clip but he showed none of that in the video
@Albertus Aswin Christiansome of them add remote control and even FPV cameras. On a toy car barely two inches long! Those people are artists with insane skills, you could probably do what he did on the video in two evenings or less, def not a collectible.
