Edit: Tux dosent know disable command blocks are in the server panel for java
Edit 2: Or you could just go to files then delete the world and then go to trash bin and recover then the lever will be disabled.
But also at the menu you could just switch the gamemode to creative and break the block instantly
Just turn off cheats in the edit world section. Also creative mode wouldn’t work in java it still kills you too fast to fix

You can click title screen, world settings, and turn off commands.
