  1. Iโ€™m a 15 year old out of South Dakota and when I graduate high school Ive been wanting to go to your academy and this just helped me a ton Iโ€™ve been trying to start a little welding service but never really knew wjere to start or where to weld so thank you

    1. Simply put, no. Welding is a specialized form of skilled labor. The wizards who have the knowledge, skill, and willingness to do it in what ever conditions they need to are worth every penny of that $80. Remember, the way of life he’s talking about is essentially as a small business owner. So it’s not just about feeding the family, paying the bills, and going to six flags once a year. You need to buy Diesel for the truck and generator. Bottles of argon, fill wire, electrodes, oxygen, acetylene, grinding discs, wire brushes, and the list could go on all day. Those tools of the trade aren’t cheap.
