Not answering for him, but your good welds. Welds that are doing something (bumper welded, etc) an employer seeing your welds in the field lets them know youve done it. If you’re straight outta school, with nothing but welds on plate, they may be unsure of you. Again, not answering for him. Good luck!

I weld trailers for a living, there’s very crucial welds on the frame that are directional. Bad idea for someone starting out who has no Knowledge, that’s a huge liability
What welds do we take photos of ? Just flat plate welds ? Or just every good quality weld ?

Better explain to those future trailer welders what Liability Insurance is too
